This Zombie was never released into the game and has been dropped from the production schedule.
The Behemoth was a Special Infected that was to make its appearance in A18. It was previously intended to be included in A16 and A17, but got delayed due to the developer deciding to spend more time developing it. It's size is around 5 blocks tall and 3 blocks wide. It has been speculated that the Behemoth zombie would have been spawned every 70 days.
It has been confirmed by the developer that it will no longer be appearing.
Trivia[ | ]
- It is currently spawnable via commands. It has no hitbox so the only way to destroy or remove it from the game is to kill it by commands on the command console.
- While it is unknown what purpose would the Behemoth serve in the game, whether as a late game horde, or as a difficulty challenge, it would have most likely been one of the strongest enemies in the game.
- It would have most likely served as a boss level enemy on a 70 day horde.
