(1) Used to plug the ECM fuel circuit portsPlug the ECM fuel cooling circuit ports to prevent fuel loss or contamination using the parts noted in the Table 1.Follow the below procedure to plug the ECM fuel cooling circuit ports:

Failure to follow the instructions or heed the warnings could result in injury or death. Proper care is your responsibility.
Before completing rework procedure. Proof of Engine reset must be provided for claim approval. This includes one of following: ET data Log capturing shutdown event or OEM’s Electronics On Board Information system (EBIS) showing loss of communications.
Clean off all the debris in the area to be serviced.

(1) Fuel line
(2) Adapter
Remove fuel line (1) and adapter (2). Refer to Illustration 1.
Install 360-3693 Plug (STO Plug) and 3K-0360 O-Ring Seal at the location of the adapter (2). Refer to Illustration 1.

(3) Fuel line
Disconnect fuel line (3) at location back of head bulk head connector. Refer to Illustration 2.
Install 5P-2909 Plug (JIC plug) at location of the fuel line (3). Refer to Illustration 2.

Install 030-7942 Elbow (4) and 214-7568 O-Ring Seal (5) as shown in Illustration 3.
Route and install bypass 350-1838 Hose As as shown in Illustration 3.
Install 206-2423 Saddle and 7K-1181 Cable Strap at location shown in Illustration 3.
