Daichi Yamamoto releases 3 albums produced by JJJ today & holds pop-up

Daichi Yamamoto released his new album “Radiant” today, May 15th (Wednesday).

Last year, he launched his own label “Andless” and held a one-man tour “Daichi Yamamoto Radiant Tour 2023” in 5 cities. In February of this year, Daichi Yamamoto held a live event at his hometown, Kyoto Art Center. This is his third album, and includes a total of 9 songs, including the previously released songs “ATHENS” and “F1”. All eight songs except one interlude were produced by his close friend JJJ. Guest performances include CFN Malik, Bobby Bellwood, Kzyboost, and others who co-starred in his one-man tour. His lyrics, which naturally address his own story, and the more abstract parts are mixed in a well-balanced manner, creating his solid style.

Additionally, a pop-up event will be held today, May 15th (Wednesday) at Time Out Cafe & Diner in Ebisu, Tokyo to commemorate the release of the album and original zine. The original zine includes behind-the-scenes footage from last year’s one-man tour taken by photographer Yuki Hori and handwritten text by Daichi, and also includes a CD of the album “Radiant.” The pop-up will also feature DJ performances by Daichi Yamamoto, Qunimune, and others, as well as a live performance by Bobby Bellwood, who also participated in the album.

Tickets are now being accepted in advance for the one-man tour “Daichi Yamamoto – Radiant Release Tour “Watch Your Step 2024”” that will start in June in support of the album. Please note that the scheduled number of tickets for the Tokyo performance has already been sold out.
