12月3日，在波兰举办的“卡托维斯气候变化大会”（Katowice Climate Change Conference）暨《联合国气候变化公约》第24届缔约方大会（UNFCCC COP24）刚刚拉开帷幕，绿会绿少“小学气候变化大会”也在北京市中科启元学校同步开启。热爱环境保护的孩子们发出了《让我们一起做守护地球的绿色少儿》的气候宣言，全文如下：
同学们，让我们从我做起，从身边小事做起。和同学、朋友、爸爸妈妈一起做起。掌握科学知识，认真学习，做绿色儿童，建绿色校园。
在此我们倡议大家节约粮食，节约衣物；倡议大家不用塑料书皮，少用一次性餐具，少喝瓶装水；我们要节约资源，保护环境，守护地球，一起应对气候的变化。
在此我们要向全中国、全世界的儿童发出倡议：
We are children from China,
We cherish our life and the life of others,
We love our Mother Nature,
We are looking forward to a more beautiful living planet,
Now, dear friends,
We are proposing that,
It is high time to reduce waste of food and clothes,
It is high time to stop using plastic book covers,
It is high time to use fewer disposable chopsticks and plates,
It is high time to drink less bottled water,
It will be better if more natural resources can be saved,
It will be better if the environment can be protected,
It will be better if the green Earth can be safeguarded,
It will be better if we can fight climate change together!
We should start from ourselves,
We should start from all the little things around us,
With our classmates and friends,
With our parents,
Work hard,
Gain more knowledge,
Be the “Green Child”,
Love the colorful life,
Together,
Let's make it a better world for all life!
同学们，朋友们，让我们一起做守护地球的绿色少年，为所有生命创造一个更美好的世界！
