  从事肿瘤内科临床工作20余年,尤其在消化道肿瘤(肠癌、胃癌、食管癌、胰腺癌、胆管癌、胃肠胰神经内分泌肿瘤等)治疗方面有较丰富的经验。近年来,主要专注于消化道肿瘤的临床和转化研究工作。2007年和2009年分别赴法国Paul Brouss医院和美国Mayo Clinic短期进修消化道肿瘤治疗。主持和参加国家自然科学基金、广东省自然科学基金、广州市协同创新重大专项等多项基金项目。公开发表论文100余篇,其中以第一作者或通讯作者在《Clinical Cancer Research》, 《Annals of Oncology》, 《Cancer》等杂志发表高水平论文近30篇。为“结直肠癌的个体化治疗研究和应用”项目的重要完成人之一,该项目荣获2016年国家科技进步二等奖,2015年中华科技奖一等奖、2015年广东省科技进步一等奖。
