“Nice theatre, poorly run”

The theatre was very comfortable (reclining seats). After lots of ads, at the movie start time we had a blank screen for 20 minutes. A manager finally came and offered us a 'rain check' (NOT a refund). Then toward the end of the movie they started playing ads superimposed over the movie.

The seats were nice and comfy. The location is nice, but the concession prices are a bit expensive. Definitely didn't get anything to enjoy during our movie, wish we could have but I am not about to spend $20 on a soda and popcorn.

Eh!- lousy food- self service tickets are problematic

Bought tickets at self serve kiosk
Three tickets- three pieces of paper right?
WRONG!
Pay attention!
You’ll end up leaving a ticket behind
The lady in front of us did it and we did too
The c Andy counter just picks them up and doesn’t say anything
Pizza is the size of a teacup saucer

No big. Deal just another overpriced movie house which is why nobody goes to the movies anymore

Pretty good theater

The seats were comfortable (not recliner style). The place seemed clean. The staff was friendly. It's priced about as high as expected. My son and I payed $18 and change for a movie before 4pm. Our concessions were ridiculous. I could have had a meal for what I payed. The popcorn wasn't very good. We were on vacation, otherwise I'd skip the concessions.

Understaffed but Wellstaffed

We visit this location a couple times a year. Often there are simply not enough staff to do anything quickly here.
However my 2 most recent trips, although understaffed (very clearly), they functioned well as a team, were friendly (often its non verbal teens with grunts and nods...no judgments, I have 1 also), and everything went smooth with minimal wait time.
The new chairs are comfy, sound was at an appropriate level, theaters clean. We were quite pleased.

Prices are a little high

Seating is good and the area is family friendly but the concessions are expensive if they dropped the pricing they would move more product.

I always enjoy this place. Good food, lots of employees, just well run all around. The seating is comfortable.

We live in Hooksett and love going to Cinemagic for our movies.

We saw a show in IMAX ("Dunkirk"), and the theater was clean and a nice atmosphere - although the sound was excessively loud and hurt my ears.

A friend has recently commented about the sound being too loud for "Wonder Woman"; however when I went to see it in a non-IMAX theater there we didn't have the same sound issues. I love the idea of the IMAX screen, but I'm not sure it's worth the extra money to deal with the sound - we may just try the 2D theater instead and save our hearing and a few dollars.

The popcorn was good, and I like that they offer more food options besides popcorn and candy. They seem to have a lot of drink options (soda, flavored waters, alcohol, coffee etc). I just wish they had an iced tea option since I don't drink soda, and I don't really care for hi-c pink lemonade. I typically get water, but I was looking for another alternative yesterday that I just didn't find.

We will definitely be back, and I always recommend this theater to anyone looking to see a movie.

The seats aren't very comfy and the popcorn and tickets are pretty expensive. I think this theater has become less popular since the other one in Hooksett got remodeled, but I think they have a good selection of films.

Great cinema complex, but pricey

The cinema complex is great in every way. It gets crowded in the evening, but well organized. The only thing I would improve is the food, too expensive, and the popcorn is too salty.
