A. Press the Profiles button on the side of your Virgin TV 360 remote.

B. From here, you can select your Profile or add a new one by scrolling to New.

C. To switch into another Profile, simply hit the Profiles button again and select a different Profile.

What’s more, once you set up your individual Profile on Virgin TV 360, your Profile will be shared on the Virgin TV Go app. That means your personalised TV experience will be accessible whether you’re at home or on-the-move.
